AIT Bioscience may be a new venture, but our founder, nationally recognized clinical toxicologist Michael A. Evans, Ph.D. has been in the business of life sciences for almost twenty years. In 1990, after two decades in academia, Evans founded AIT Laboratories, a full-service reference lab recognized nationwide as a leader in forensic testing and a premiere research institution offering pain management and clinical testing. The creation of AIT Bioscience resulted from a desire to improve upon the traditional CRO model, made possible by the fact that bioanalytical testing is closely aligned with AIT Laboratories’ core service channels in terms of processes and equipment. The company’s impressive growth over the last several years enables AIT Bioscience to apply those resources to the pharmaceutical industry in ways other CROs only wish they could.
